UNAVAILABLE-1960's Vintage Arne Norell "Sirocco" Lounge Chairs in Wenge Wood - Set of 2

A beautiful, highly recognizable Safari chair by Swedish designer Arne Norell, circa 1960. This eye-catching chair is made of high quality tropical hardwood with a black leather seat, cushion, backrest and of course the iconic leather armrests. This combination of materials and colors creates a wonderful harmonious design. The wooden frame has beautiful connections, showing great craftsmanship and eye for detail. It has a very comfortable seating experience. In good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.

These lounges have only been in one home their entire life. Very rare combination of very rare Wenge wood and black leather. No visible makers mark but these lounges are definitely Norell Mobel AB and designed by Arne Norrell.
